Hoodler Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Hoodler. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below.

  1. Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Return requests needs to be raised via mail with your order number and the reason for the return.

With the above mail id or whatsapp number you can raise the return request. Replies will be done within 1-2 business days. Sundays will be holiday for exchange/return related queries.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive your item in our warehouse, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you within 2 days on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund within 3 business days to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 business working days, depending on your card issuer's policies. For Cash On Delivery Orders, we request you to provide the UPI ID or we will refund the amount in your Hoodler wallet.

Shipping charges will not be refunded for both prepaid and cash on delivery orders.

  1. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please return your item following the instructions above and we will reship the items once we received your order and quality checks are made. Reshipping of items will take 2-3 days after receiving the order in our warehouse.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized or customized products. Additionally, sale items are non-returnable.

  1. Cancellation policy

You can cancel orders for Products partially or fully prior to the orders of Products being packed and invoice generated in relation thereof. Upon successfully placing an order for Products on the Platforms and after Hoodler has successfully handed over the Product(s) to its Logistic Partner, in case you change your mind in relation to a particular order of the Products (including instances of tampered/torn/opened Product packages at the time of delivery of Product), you may reject the shipment of such order of Products when our Logistic Partner attempts the delivery the order of Products at your address. For any help that you may need you can always reach out to us at care@hoodler.com or via Contact Us section on the Platforms. On receipt of the cancellation request prior to Products being packed and invoice being generated we shall cancel the order of Products and initiate the refund for the Products within 10 (ten) business days from the receipt of the cancellation request from you. The amount shall be refunded to you through the same mode of payment used by you for the purchase or via credit to your Hoodler Wallet account that can be used for subsequent purchases of Products on the Platforms. All refunds, except for refund to the Hoodler Wallet account, shall be subject to applicable policies and charges of the User’s bank/financial institution/ payment gateway, as may be applicable. The User is not allowed to cancel the order for Products after the Products have been packed and invoice has been generated in relation thereof. If any User sends an email to us requesting for cancellation of the order for Products after the Products have been packed and invoice has been generated in relation thereof, we cannot guarantee such order cancellation in case the Product is already packed and invoiced by the time we check and respond to User’s email. In such cases, the User may choose to refuse to accept the delivery of the order of Products when our Logistic Partner attempts the delivery the order of Products at User’s address and let unwanted order of Products be returned to us by our Logistic Partner. If at the time of delivery of order of Products by our Logistic Partner the User notices or is aware that the Product package is either tampered and/or torn and/or open then the User must may reject the shipment of such order of Products when our Logistic Partner attempts the delivery the order of Products at the User’s address and intimate the concern by emailing us at care@hoodler.com or contacting us via Contact Us section on the Platforms.

  1. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if your location is not available with our shipping providers. For available areas we will initiate the return request with 3 days after we received the request from your end. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at care@hoodler.com with details of the product and the defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will reship the product with 3 days on hearing your request.

To initiate a return, please contact us at care@hoodler.com to obtain a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for the return in your email. Once your return is authorized, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed with the return.
